The catalog has no account registration, checkout, contact submission form, microphone capture or student profile. You can read public product pages and review files without submitting personal information.
Email support
If you email us, the message and any information you choose to send are processed through Gmail to respond to your request. Send only what is needed to describe the issue. Do not send student records, scholarship credentials or full card details.
Browser storage
Legacy activity preferences or progress from earlier site versions may remain in your browser. The revised catalog does not use scores or learning profiles. Your browser’s site-data controls can remove prior local data. Downloaded files stay on your device until you remove them.
Hosting and external links
Hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and access logs under their own policies. This website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Links to Step Up and other external pages are governed by those sites’ policies.
Children and requests
These materials are intended for adults guiding children. We do not ask children to provide personal information. An adult may contact support about information sent to us, request correction or deletion, or report a privacy concern.
