Florida scholarship families
Review first.
Purchase with clarity.
Before making a purchase
- Review your scholarship program’s current purchasing guide and available balance.
- Read the product’s purpose, level, included materials and public scope and sequence.
- Ask your scholarship funding organization whether the specific product and format are eligible, and whether pre-authorization is required.
- When sales open, keep the itemized paid receipt and any additional proof of payment the organization requests.
Direct purchase and MyScholarShop are different
A direct purchase means a family pays the retailer, then requests reimbursement if eligible. MyScholarShop allows families to buy listed, program-eligible products through the marketplace. Our catalog is being prepared for supplier review; no scholarship payment connection is active here.
Clear purchase documentation
Our prepared receipt format records the specific product title and SKU, quantity, unit price, subtotal, discounts, shipping, taxes, fees, total, full purchase date and payment method. A product preview or an unpaid invoice is not proof of payment.
Never send us an EMA password, scholarship login, bank credentials or full payment-card number. KBD can clarify its product details; the funding organization decides eligibility.
