Our approved policy for digital purchases when sales open. Checkout is not yet available; current review downloads remain free.
Digital downloads
We want you to feel comfortable trying Kinder Brain Development materials with your family.
14-day refund window
If the package is not a good fit, email kinderbraindev@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of purchase to request a full refund, including applicable sales tax. Downloading or printing the materials does not prevent you from requesting a refund during this period.
How to request a refund
Include your order number or the email address used at checkout. You do not need to submit your child’s work or explain their learning progress.
Download problems and duplicate purchases
Contact us if you cannot access your files, receive the wrong product, or accidentally purchase the same package twice. We will help resolve the issue or refund the affected purchase. These issues can be reported after the 14-day window.
Processing
We aim to respond within two business days and initiate approved refunds within five business days. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. We do not deduct a processing or restocking fee.
After a refund
Your household-use license ends. Please delete downloaded copies and stop using or sharing printed copies.
Scholarship purchases
Scholarship eligibility and reimbursement are determined by the scholarship funding organization. If a refunded purchase has already been reimbursed, notify that organization and follow its instructions.
Seller and marketplace purchases
This policy applies to digital products purchased directly from Kinder Brain Development, sold by Upcycled Solutions LLC. Purchases through another marketplace follow that marketplace’s applicable refund process. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
